The cosy sitting room has a sofa to sink into in front of the log-burner in winter and the pretty and peaceful garden faces South West: perfect for warm afternoons. We are perfectly positioned in the peaceful, green haven of the Linney, nestled just behind the castle, its a minute walk to the town centre but the area is quiet and still feels like countryside to us. The apartment was purposely designed and built to create a personal and comfortable space.

Natural materials have been used to provide a feeling of luxury with solid oak flooring and individually selected pieces of furniture. The apartment has a private entrance and available free off road parking. Most of the space is open plan with full height ceiling in the bedroom area. The studio apartment and garden are on the first floor of Greenwich House. The garden is a delightfully sunny and secluded spot set at the rear of the house, with well established shrubs around the curving paths, and a terrace with picnic table for outdoor eating. Its very quiet and private, and the big bonus of the studio apartment is being able to walk straight from the living room out into the garden, because both are on the same first floor level.

The main living room, panelled in Georgian pine, is spacious and light. It houses the main double bed, the sitting area, the dining area and the mini-kitchen, which is hidden away behind a mirrored wall unit. It is all very convenient, attractive and romantic. The mini-kitchen is complete with table-top cooker, full-sized fridge and combi microwave. The apartment has a separate bathroom with shower unit and a dressing room. Sheets, blankets towels and duvets are provided.

The location is rural but only a short drive will take you to Ludlow, Tenbury Wells, Ledbury and Hereford as well as many historical and cultural venues. Louisa and Mark will of course be on hand to help and advise to your needs. Dogs are also very welcome!! Louisa and Mark will be around for any help,advice and local knowledge.
